Description

The City of Saline owns and operates both a water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant. Each facility requires periodic maintenance work that often requires the city to retain construction contractors to complete.

Upon identifying a maintenance project, the City will solicit quotations from contract holders. The City will select one contract holder to complete the maintenance project based on these quotations.

Capital improvement projects (larger in scope and size) will likely be competitively bid and will not flow through these master contracts.
