Description

You are invited to bid on a procurement contract. The Contract provides for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary to manufacture and deliver two (2) relay panels for the City of Sturgis AEP 69kV Line Relaying Upgrade project. Overall project scope includes the replacement of one 69kV line relaying panel at Industrial Substation, and the installation of a new 69kV line relaying panel and new 69kV breaker at Central Substation. This relay panel procurement contract includes manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, and delivery of two (2) relay control panels. The panels shall be delivered by the Seller and will be unloaded by the Owner or their Construction Contractor at the project location. Required delivery date is August 1, 2024

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Sturgis at their offices (address listed below) on or before 4:00pm, local time, Monday, March 4, 2024, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. Electronic bids may be submitted thru the Bidnet direct website (bidnetdirect.com).Bid Submittal Address City of Sturgis206 E. West StreetSturgis, MI 49091Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Buyer recommends that Bidder visit the Point of Destination and the site where the Goods are to be installed and Special Services will be provided, taking into account observable local and site conditions that may affect the delivery, cost, progress, and furnishing of the Goods and Special Services. Arrangements for such a visit may be made through the Buyer.
