Livingston County 911 Central Dispatch is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide 911 Phone System Upgrade and Maintenance Services for emergency and non-emergency calls received by Central Dispatch located in Howell, Michigan. The County is seeking vendor(s) who are willing to partner with the County to provide an upgrade to its emergency/non-emergency phone system and maintenance services for this system. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through February 29, 2028.
