Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced attorneys to provide legal services for clients in the 44th Circuit Court and 53rd District Court Veterans Treatment Court Program. The award may be split at the County’s discretion between two or more vendors to provide the most cost-effective services. It is anticipated that services will commence upon contract award and end on December 2018. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years. Competitive sealed proposals shall be evaluated based upon criteria determined to be the most important service features which demonstrate how well the vendor is able to comply with the minimum requirements for client representation.
