Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced attorneys to provide legal services for clients in the 44th Circuit Court and 53rd District Court Veterans Treatment Court Program. The award may be split at the County’s discretion between two or more vendors to provide the most cost-effective services. It is anticipated that services will commence upon contract award with services beginning on October 1, 2018 and ending on September 30, 2019. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years.
