Summary of Specifications:
Plans and specifications will be available at the offices of the Architect on July 5, 2016. No plans and specifications will be distributed via mail or email. Each set of plans and specifications may be purchased for $60.00; no refunds will be available. Interested parties must contact the architect prior to receiving documents to insure availability: Lindhout Associates architects aia pc 10465 Citation Drive, Brighton, MI 48116; 810-227-5668 All prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory building walk-thru scheduled to begin at the project site located at 1335 Byron Road, Howell, MI 48443, at 9:00 A.M., E.D.T. on July 11, 2016. Bids received from prime bidders who did not attend and register at the beginning and end of the walk-thru will not be opened. A bid bond executed by an approved security company or certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal shall be submitted with each proposal in the sealed envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish one hundred percent (100%) Performance, Labor and Material Bonds, for each phase of work. Each bid must be submitted on forms furnished by the Architect.
