Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors for Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Services for various Specialty Court programs. The purpose of this RFP is to provide domestic abuse intervention, batterer’s intervention, or other domestic violence perpetrator treatment using evidence based practices to encourage engagement, to support a motivation to change, and to provide support in relapse prevention. Providers shall be committed to the safety of victims of domestic violence and their children.
