RFP-LC-16-13 - Drug & Alcohol Testing Services

Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for the following Livingston County Courts: District Court, District Court Probation, Circuit Court, Community Corrections and Juvenile Court. In addition, the following Specialty Courts are included: Adult Drug Court, IT Mental Health Court, Swift & Sure Sanctions Probation Program, Juvenile Drug Court and Family Treatment Court. The award will be for a three (3) year period beginning October 2016 with an option for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for one (1) additional two-year period for a total contract period to not exceed five (5) years.
