Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for the following Livingston County Courts: District Court and District Court Probation. In addition, the following Specialty Court Programs are included: Adult Drug Court, IT Mental Health Court, Swift & Sure Sanctions Probation Program, and Veterans Treatment Court. The initial contract award will begin on June 2, 2018 and will be until September 30, 2019, with an option for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for one (1) additional one-year period.
