Description

Livingston County is requesting submittals for Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for the Livingston County Courts including District Court and District Court Probation, Circuit Court and Juvenile Probation and Specialty Court Programs (Adult Drug Court, IT Mental Health Court, Juvenile Drug Court, Veterans Treatment Court, and Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program ). Through this process, it is the goal of Livingston County to competitively award one contract for the Trial Courts and one contract for the Specialty Courts and Programs that will provide these services for the next three to five years. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through September 30, 2023. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
