Description

Livingston County is currently under contract with Sansio for Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR). The contract will expire on December 31st, 2025. The county’s Central Dispatch uses Central Square One Solution CAD module, for the time being. EMS is also in the process of requesting bids for a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) product that better fits their needs. The EMS CAD system will be deployed as a separate CAD system.
As it is the County’s intention to continue to contract for EMS Billing Software, we are accepting proposals from potential vendors. The award will be for a five (5) year contract at the discretion of the County, based on satisfactory performance.
