Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide
Electronic Monitoring Services on behalf of the following Specialty Courts and Programs:
Adult Drug Treatment Court, Intensive Treatment Mental Health Court, Veterans
Treatment Court, Juvenile Drug Court, and Swift & Sure Sanctions Probation Program.
These services include Radio Frequency Tethers, Alcohol Monitoring, GPS Tethers, and
In-Home testing units for alcohol. It is anticiaptedthat services will commence upon award through March 2024. The County, at its discretion, may rebew the contract for two(2) additional one-year periods for a total contract not to exceed five (5) years.
