ITB-LC-18-22 - Livingston County Building Department Mud Room Renovation

Building Renovation and Associated Exterior Exit Improvements located at the Livingston County Building Department, 2300 E. Grand River, Howell MI  48843.  This project hs no prevailing wage requirements. All prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory building walk-thru scheduled to begin at the project site lat 10:00 A.M., E.D.T. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. The walk-thru will focus on the area of work only.  Proposals received from prime bidders who did not attend and register at the beginning and end of the walk-thru will not be opened.  Plans and specifications will be available at the offices of the Architect on July 11, 2018.
