Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County, on behalf of the Livingston County Courts, requires TRAUMA TREATMENT SERVICES in Livingston County. Prospective vendors who have the expertise, and are interested in providing assessment and intake, individual, group, and gender-specific group services for adults who are participants in Livingston County Specialty Courts and Specialty Programs under a Purchase of Service/Fixed Unit Rate contract are encouraged to bid. The Court is committed to maximizing the availability and accessibility of treatment services to participants in Livingston County programs. Livingston County Courts are interested in contracting with multiple vendors. Award(s) may be split, at the County discretion, between two or more contractors to provide for evidence based program(s) which will meet the needs of the Court. Livingston County Courts are responsible for the administration of County, State and Federal funds use in treatment of trauma-related issues in participants in Specialty Courts and Specialty Programs. Please note that some of this funding may be Federal dollars, subjecting vendors to compliance with Federal Rules and Regulations as applied to providing treatment services.
