ITB-LC-20-11 - Taxiway and Apron Pavement Repairs at Livingston County Spencer J. Hardy Airport

Sealed proposals for the construction of Taxiway and Apron Pavement Repairs Contract will be received by Livingston County Spencer J. Hardy Airport located at 3399 County Airport Drive, Howell, MI 48855 until 2:00 pm, local time, on June 5, 2020 and there, at said office, at said time, publicly opened and read aloud.

The project includes overband crack sealing and pavement repairs on Taxiways A, B, and associated connectors.

The Contract Documents (consisting of the Advertisement, the Proposal, the Contract Form, and the Specifications) and the Contract Drawings may be obtained only from the OneDrive website. A link to the project can be obtained by contacting Laurie Carpenter of C&S Engineers, Inc. at lcarpenter@cscos.com where the Contractor’s name, contact name, address, telephone number, and email address will be recorded on the plan holders list. Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
