RFP-LC-15-06 - Wagner-Peyser Employment Services, TAA and TGAAA

Summary of Specifications:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) process is designed to secure quality employment services as authorized by the Wagner-Peyser Employment Service Section 7(a),Wagner-Peyser Employment Service Section 7(b), the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program, and the Trade and Globalization Adjustment Assistance Act Program (TGAAA). Funding may also be available under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) other programs to supplement services provided by the Wagner-Peyser and/or Trade programs. Programs in Livingston County are administered by Livingston County Michigan Works!, a Michigan Works! agency and a department of Livingston County government. The Livingston County Workforce Development Council provides policy guidance and oversight for all programs. The Council is responsible for the review and approval of all contracted programs and services.
