A. OVERVIEW
The Boards of Trustees (the “Boards”) of the Midland County Act 345 Retirement System, Employees Retirement System and Retiree Health Care Plan (collectively, the “Plans”) are reviewing their custodial banking services specific to their plans. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the Plans’ minimum requirements and solicit information from which the Plans’ may evaluate such services.
