RFP-09-05 Copy Machines - Copy Machines

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is soliciting proposals for copy machines and intends to purchase approximately 15-25 machines of various capabilities and speeds. 

The proposed copy machines must be of current design and manufacture. They are to be new, not re-manufactured. 

The vendor is responsible for delivery, set up and on-site training at each delivery location. Vendor provided service is also required. 

Please note to be considered, an original and one copy of the proposal are due no later than Monday, May 18, 2009 at 3:00 PM to Ottawa County, Fiscal Services, 12220 Fillmore, Room 331, West Olive, MI 49460. 

Your proposal needs to be clearly marked “RFP-09-05 – Copy Machines”.
