Description

The Ottawa County Parks and Recreation Commission (OCPRC) is seeking proposals to
reconstruct an approximately 1000 square foot park maintenance building located at Grose
Park, 22200 24th Avenue, Casnovia, MI 49318 (Chester Township). The building was
recently burned to the ground, and the county is seeking to rebuild as soon as possible.
Therefore, each bidder shall include a proposed completion date as part of their proposal.
Bids may be submitted via email.

provide proposal information on the attached bid form. Bidders are encouraged to include
additional material with their bid to clarify their proposal (product information and
specifications) or to demonstrate their qualifications. Final plans and material specifications
will require approval by the owner prior to construction.
