The Ottawa County Parks and Recreation Commission (OCPRC) is seeking proposals to
repair and stabilize eroded shoreline at its Black Lake West Boardwalk parking area at the
Historic Ottawa Beach Parks in Park Township near the Holland State Park.

The work involves the placement of stone revetment (rip rap) on an approximately 195’ x
25’ area in accordance with the attached MDEQ and USACE permit plans and conditions.
Geotextile to be 12 oz. non-woven polypropylene to be approved. Rip Rap is to match
nearby installation. Care shall be taken to protect existing adjacent facilities, and any
damage shall be repaired by the contractor.

The owner desires for this work to be completed as soon as possible, and each bidder shall
list a proposed starting and ending date for the work.
