The County of Ottawa and the Ottawa County Central Dispatch are requesting bids from experienced and qualified Contractors for Paving Projects 2020, located at multiple locations as indicated within the context of this bid. Work includes removal of existing asphalt paving, installation of asphalt paving, and miscellaneous other items of work. Vendor bids should include full specifications of the proposed materials and project timeline as part of the vendor selection process.

This project includes four sites. The bid will be awarded to one contractor for all four sites, but there will be two contracts.

Bids must be received by Friday, June 12, 2020 by 2:00 PM ET. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids must include completed, signed copies of all required attachments. Attachments must be filled out in full and signed by an authorized Company representative.

Respondents may submit an electronic response (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with the subject line of: “ITB 20-10 Paving Projects 2020.”

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security, which shall not be less than amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor, and Materials Payments Bonds will be required for Contract #1 only.
