RFP-14-10 - Learning Management System

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa is seeking a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that will allow full enrollment, tracking, reporting, and delivery of an extensive training program which includes both classroom training and online training (e-learning). The county currently offers over 200 classes each year to employees in locations throughout the county, as well as non-employees working for local municipal and non-profit partners through a collaborative effort (including fee-based training). All training is coordinated through the Ottawa County Human Resources Department - GOLD Standard Training Program (Growth Opportunities for Learning and Development) under the supervision of a Human Resources Manager and HR Specialist (Training), who will be the primary administrators of the LMS.
