Legal Notice County of Ottawa Attention: Food Service Management Companies
The County of Ottawa is requesting proposals for food service management of its Correctional Facility and for school food service management services for the Juvenile Detention Center (JDC). The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to the County of Ottawa requirements and for the JDC, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State of Michigan Department of Education policies and guidelines.

The County of Ottawa reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
The bid packet will be posted on October 23, 2013 at the following site: http://www.mitn.info/default.asp. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., October 30, 2013 at the Ottawa County Administration building at 12220 Fillmore, Conference Room A, West Olive, MI, 49460.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., November 13, 2013. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the County of Ottawa, Fiscal Services, 12220 Fillmore, Room 331, West Olive, MI, 49460, and be clearly marked: RFP 13-04 Food Services – Ottawa County Correctional Facility & Juvenile Detention.
