Summary of Specifications:
The Ottawa County Purchasing Division of Fiscal Services, on behalf of Public Health and the Reducing Ottawa Area Drunk Driving Coalition (ROADD) is requesting proposals to conduct a survey of adult attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol use and impaired driving. The purpose of this survey is gather information about the alcohol and impaired driving patterns and social attitudes of adults in Ottawa County. This information will be used to assess the community needs, evaluate programs and plan for the future. The budget for this project is not to exceed $17,000.
