Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ottawa (County) is soliciting proposals for qualifications from bidders to provide office supplies for the County. The County spends between $125,000 and $200,000 annually on office supplies. Purchases are made both with P-cards and purchase orders, with most orders being placed on-line. The County is allowed and prefers to “piggyback” on an existing contract from another entity that was competitively bid. If proposer is providing pricing based on an existing contract with a qualified entity, that information should be submitted in the proposal, along with contact information and date the contract expires.
