Description

This project will be constructed under one unified contract held by the General Contractor with
the owner, which will include all trades, and subcontractors. Contract shall be based on a
Stipulated Lump Sum Bid. Segregated bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.

The project involves clearing and grubbing, removal of bituminous pavement, excavation
of soils, grading, installation of 113’ of new 60” HDPE culvert, and installation of gravel
base for new pavement installation. Work is estimated at approximately $100,000.
Pavement installation, shoreline stabilization treatment, and restoration seeding to
be completed by others.
