Description

Ottawa County, on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office and Facilities Maintenance
Department, is inviting experience and qualified Vendors to provide a turnkey proposal
for providing and installing three (3) stainless-steel showers in the Ottawa County
Detention Center located at 12130 Fillmore St., West Olive, MI 49460. Scope of work
would include all necessary materials and labor for installing durable stainless-steel
showers to be used in a detention center setting.

The County’s long-term goals for the facility is to update all inmate showers. Awarded
contractor may become the County’s preferred vendor for similar stainless-steel
shower products and installations for the facility over a period of the next three to five
years as budget allows for installations.

Contractors MUST RSVP to the event. Contractors who do not RSVP may not be allowed to attend the event. Contractors are asked to RSVP by 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 by emailing purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with the names, cell phone numbers, and completed Security Clearance Forms and front and back of driver’s licenses of each attendees.

Proposals will be accepted by e-mail submission only, as follows: Respondents will submit an electronic response (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with subject line of: “RFP 22-02 Stainless Steel Showers & Installation.” The County can receive email attachments up to 25 megabytes. Proposal documents larger than 20 megabytes should be sent in multiple emails with subject line of: “RFP 22-02 Stainless Steel Showers & Installation – 1 of 2.” It will be the Proposers’ responsibility to ensure that their proposal have been appropriately delivered and received.
