RFP-PR-10/08-154 - Goodells County Park Log Cabin Concrete Foundation

Summary of Specifications:
This project will include, but not be limited to the concrete foundation, (including the porches) for the log cabin. The contractor will install the cabin foundation at the finished grade, location and size as shown on the contract drawings. The drawings are for a larger project, but this work will only include the log cabin. The County will back fill the foundation and finish the restoration. The County will secure the building permit, and the contractor will be responsible for securing the required building inspections. The cultured stone is not included in this contract. The County will remove existing trees and stumps as indicated on the plans.
