Summary of Specifications:
The Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide food service and program support for inmate and staff in its three jail facilities, seven (7) days per week, three (3) times per day. In addition, it will support the detained youth at the Juvenile Detention Facility, seven (7) days per week, three (3) meals per day, and one (1) snack serving.
