Purchase and implementation of compatible budget development and financial reporting software applications. The County also requires software to support the last mile of the financial close, in which the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is developed. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.”
