Description

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals operating a 24 hour, seven days per week call center to receive calls and messages, and make appointments, for COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Wayne County, outside the City of Detroit. At minimum, the call center will have the capacity to respond to 5,000 calls per 24-hour period. The call center will have the capacity to provide services in multilingual and culturally competent methods.
