IFB-37-15-079 - Construction of Lotz Road - Cherry Hill to Ford (M153)

Summary of Specifications:
The Charter County of Wayne hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit bids for construction services for: 

Part 1 – ROAD (Wayne County Participation) Road improvement work along 1.01 miles of Lotz Road east of I-275 from Cherry Hill to Ford (M-153); including grading, enclosed storm drainage and concrete paving, bridge replacement at Willow Creek, culvert replacement at the Clark Drain, traffic signal modernization at Lotz–Cherry Hill intersection, concrete sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramps, pavement marking and signing work, and other necessary related work. Part 2 – WATERMAIN (No Wayne County Participation, 100% Canton Township) approximately 3,393 feet of 12, 8 and 6 inch watermain and appurtenances; and other necessary related work. 

This project is in Canton Township, Wayne County, Michigan. This project is for the County of Wayne, Department of Public Services.
