37-18-026 - Development of Strategic County Pavement Management System

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for a comprehensive asset management analysis on the condition of the Wayne County roads (infrastructure) and recommends an overall strategy on how to implement a cost effective ten (10) year strategic plan that will result in good road conditions across Wayne County.  This will include preventive maintenance and long term capital improvements as well as recommendations on the deployment of these plans along with determining the overall impact that preventative maintenance will have on the capital improvements.
