RFP-37-15-081 - Electronic Monitoring Services and Case Management Services

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide electronic monitoring and case management services to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 3501 Hamtramck Drive in Hamtramck, Michigan. The County also seeks proposal submissions for the provision of electronic monitoring services to the Department of Health, Veterans, and Community Wellness (HVCW) - Juvenile and Youth Services Division (formerly Children and Family Services), currently located at 640 Temple in Detroit, Michigan through its Care Management Organization ("CMO") contractors and the Court’s Intensive Probation Unit. Services include utilizing electronic monitoring for eligible juveniles as an alternative to placement in secure residential facilities.
