RFP-37-14-060 - Electronic Monitoring Services

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide electronic monitoring services to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 3501 Hamtramck Drive in Hamtramck, Michigan and provide juvenile justice services to the Department of Children and Family Services at 640 Temple in Detroit, Michigan through its five Care Management Organization ("CMO") contractors and the Court’s Intensive Probation Unit. Those services include placing eligible juveniles on electronic tether instead of placing them in secure residential facilities. The juvenile population is divided among the five CMOs based on the ZIP code of each youth's residence. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
