37-23-014 - Energy Efficiency Audit Contractor

The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to identify (a) contractor(s) to assist Wayne County in determining and implementing high-impact, cost-effective energy efficiency upgrades to County-owned buildings and facilities. Out of this RFQ, the County will select (a) contractor(s) to determine cost-effective interventions to its facilities’ processes and materials that maximize federal and state rebates and tax incentives. The County plans to use savings from this initial assessment and implementation process to develop a revolving energy efficiency fund to capture incurred savings from these efforts and to finance future energy efficiency upgrades.
