Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to perform an audit and express an opinion on the Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency’s financial statements, conduct an audit in compliance with Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and the United States Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-133, and perform the State of Michigan Community Mental Health Compliance Examinations for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2012, September 30, 2013 and September 30, 2014. IT IS IMPERATIVE FOR THE VENDORS TO DOWNLOAD THE FORMAL RFP TO OBTAIN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
