Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide an Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, maintenance, support, application hosting and disaster recovery system for its Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Hamtramck, Michigan.
