RFP-37-13-016-A (REBID) - Leased Premises to be used as a Probation Department Facility

Summary of Specifications:
Charter County of Wayne (“County”) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide a lease that is preferably a 10 year lease, but may be a 20 year lease, for leased premises with a square footage of anywhere from 29,000 to 34,000 for the purpose of establishing a County probation department (“leased premises”) which will be staffed by Michigan Department of Corrections (“MDOC”) employees. The County is seeking to consolidate administrative and programmatic operations from two (2) other facilities into a single facility. The proposed lease will be with the County, but the facility will be staffed with MDOC employees. This location must be easily accessible and allow for secure employee parking at, or adjacent to, the facility. This consolidation will bring approximately one hundred and five (105) staff members and partners under one roof.
