Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne, Michigan (the "County"), on behalf of the Wayne County Building Authority (the "Authority") hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of providing the Authority with owner’s representative services in the administration of the Consolidated Jail Facility, from design and planning, through construction and closeout.
