Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Responses or for the purpose of establishing a list of qualified businesses to provide access to pediatric dental services to all eligible patients of the Wayne County Healthy Communities - Hamtramck Health Center (a federally qualified health center in the City of Hamtramck) and the community it serves at a flat rate (see Section 5, Specifications) to be furnished at the Respondent’s practice location. PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
