Summary of Specifications:
The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for a post implementation assessment of Wayne County’s eGovernment suite of applications, which include Contract Management, Document Management, Asset Management, Learning Management, employee portal, TCP workflow engine and other associated functions. This assessment will include, but not be limited to, project spend comparisons against industry standards with similar organizations, evaluation of solution platform in place and recommendations for future direction.
