IFB-37-12-047 - Property Maintenance Services

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne (County, on behalf of the Wayne County Treasurer, hereby invites bids from companies or individuals who are qualified pursuant to the terms of this IFB to provide certain property maintenance services on residential and commercial property owned by the Treasurer. The property maintenance services provided and the costs, fees and expenses associated with these services will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Contract agreed to by the parties. The Contract for property maintenance services may be awarded in whole or in part to one or more Bidders, as determined by the County and the County Treasurer.
