RFP-37-12-038 - RFP FOR COUNTY WIDE ALERT SYSTEM

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to install a Public Emergency Notification System to cover all the jurisdictions in the County. This notification system must be capable of sending messages to county as a whole as well as to individuals within a specific geographic region. When activated the system will notify by using text messages and prerecorded voice messages onto a cell phone, hard-line home phone, pagers or emails. The system will continue to send the message until an answer is received or the activation is terminated. The goal of the system is to communicate as widely and broadly as possible to ensure all citizens receive critical emergency information 

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT VENDORS DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE RFP FOR SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS.
