Summary of Specifications:
Through this RFP, the Charter County of Wayne (County) through its Department of Public Services hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the operation and management of the Elizabeth Park Shelter Building (banquet hall), the Tourist Lodge, and Concession Stand facilities under a concession agreement with the County.
