Description

The Wayne County Land Bank Corporation (“WCLB”) requests responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for purpose of identify and contract with at least two contractors capable of providing a wide range of maintenance services related to vacant property management with successful quality assurance at a reasonable cost. Winning bidders would be one of WCLB’s contractors that work with staff to address property maintenance needs including lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, boarding and securing of vacant residential properties, and debris removal.
