RFQ-37-12-117 - RFQ for Care Management Organizations (CMO)

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Responses for the purpose of operating a Care Management Organization (CMO) for the supervision and treatment of at-risk and adjudicated juveniles. A CMO is the lead agency for a defined service delivery area and is responsible for development of a locally organized system of services and resources, which includes community-based and out-of-home service resources. 

IT IS IMPERATIVE FOR VENDORS TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE RFQ AND ATTACHMENTS FOR SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
