SFQ-77153A - Radiologist, X-ray Reading and Diagnostic Interpretation Services

Summary of Specifications:
Annual, on demand contract for the services of a Radiologist to provide x-ray readings and diagnosis interpretations of x-rays for the Wayne County Jail Inmates. Vendor shall read each film and provide a written report of the interpretation of the x-ray. Vendor shall have a courier service to pick up a minimum of three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 1:00 p.m. Successful vendor will coordinate times with department. Reports to be returned to a designated Wayne County x-ray technician by email within 24 hours after being read. Positive reports are to be faxed as soon as possible. Annual estimated x-rays per year are 2500 each. Sizes of films used are 14x17, 11x14, and 10x12.
