RFP-37-15-070 - Real Estate Brokerage Services for the Sale of 3 County-Owned Bldg

Summary of Specifications:
Through this RFP, the County hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide Real Estate Brokerage Services to the County for the sale of three (3) County owned properties: the Guardian Building, 500 Griswold, Detroit, MI; 511 Woodward, Detroit, MI; and, 1st Street Parking Garage, 621 First Street, Detroit, MI, being more fully described in Section 4 of this RFP. 

The required services will consist primarily of the sale of the Guardian Building, 500 Griswold, Detroit MI; 511 Woodward, Detroit, MI; and 1st Street Parking Garage, 621 First Street, Detroit, MI, being more fully described in Section 4 of this RFP (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Properties”). Generally, the selected Proposer(s) will be expected to perform brokerage services in accordance with the Scope of Work and in accordance with the requirements of the RFP.
