RFQ-37-12-068 - SPECIAL RESOURCES CONSOLIDATION

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Responses to provide and manage specialized technical personnel. The selected Contractor(s) must be able to supply staff augmentation resources with one weeks’ notice and, in emergency situations, with four hours’ notice. This is not an RFQ for a specific type or number of resources. The type and number of resources necessary will be determined at the sole discretion of the County on an as-needed basis. The County will determine which of the selected Contractors will supply each resource based on the quality, cost and availability of the resource at the sole judgment of the County. Because this model is dependent on the quality and cost of resources presented to the County, there is no guarantee that Contractors will be awarded a minimum or maximum number of positions. 

People that are placed into contracting positions within the County are referred to as “resources.” THIS WILL BE A DEMAND NON-EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT.
